Slappa's thongs are a super comfy pair of thongs (flip flops) made out of EVA foam. Designed to stay on and mould to your feet they obtain your foot shape, have great arch support, are extremely light, very durable and will relax your tired feet. They're great for: - your posture - heel spurs or other foot complications - tired or swollen feet - people who require orthotic footwear - fishing or boating - people who suffer from plantar fasciitis - pregnancy - people who suffer from morton's neuroma.
Shipping Policy
Slappa’s Thongs offer two shipping options;
- Parcel Post – $9.50 and Express Post – $15.
- All orders are shipped from Darwin,
- Parcel Post 10-6- working days,
- Express Post 2-3 working days anywhere within Australia.
- We also offer free shipping (to Australian addresses only) for orders over $70. So why not get a pair for the whole family!
International orders are available; shipping can be calculated once you have added your purchase to the cart.

Returns Policy
Exchange of Slappa’s as a result of ordering the incorrect size is possible (subject to stock availability) providing you make contact within 14 days of purchase and they are in unworn condition.
We are happy to exchange or refund your Slappa’s but the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs including both return and resend postage.

1. Eligibility
- The 30-day risk-free trial is available for all customers purchasing Slappas through our official website.
- The trial period begins from the date the purchase is received and lasts for 30 calendar days.
2. How It Works
- Customers are encouraged to wear their Slappas for the 30 days of the trial period to experience their full comfort and support.
- Customers are encouraged to follow the instructions of how to mould into your new Slappa's Thongs which is sent with the order.
- Customers are encouraged to email Slappa's Thongs info@slappasthongs.com.au if they have any questions throughout the trial.
- If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Slappas, you may request a full product refund within 30 days of your purchase.
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, you must notify us within the 30-day trial period by emailing our customer service team info@slappasthongs.com.au with your order details.
- No questions will be asked regarding the reason for your return.
- Once your return request is processed, we will provide instructions for the return of the product. The returned item must be in a reasonable condition considering normal wear and tear during the trial period.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, a full product refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Limitations
- This offer is only valid for Slappas purchased through our official website.
- The 30-day trial is limited to one return per customer per purchase. If multiple pairs are purchased, the return policy applies to all pairs, provided they meet the terms.
- The refund does not cover any shipping or handling fees paid at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated by Slappas.
5. Exclusions
- Returns outside of the 30-day trial window will not be eligible for the risk-free refund.
- Refunds are not applicable if the product is lost, damaged beyond normal wear, or not returned in reasonable condition.
6. General Terms
- Slappas reserves the right to refuse a refund if it determines that any of the above conditions have not been met.
