Return Policy

We are happy to exchange or refund your Slappas but the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs [return and resend] are to be paid by you, the purchaser.

If you wish to return your clean, unworn Slappa’s Thongs please send them to the address below with a copy of the invoice/packing slip advising that you would like a refund back to the account purchased from.

Exchange Policy

Exchange of Slappas as a result of ordering the incorrect size is possible (subject to stock availability) providing you make contact within 14 days of purchase and they are in unworn condition.

If you wish to exchange your clean, unworn Slappa’s Thongs for a different size or colour please send them to the address below with a copy of the invoice/packing slip advising the size/colour. You must also include a self-addressed paid parcel post or express post envelope so we can return them back to you.
