Yes, Slappa’s Thongs allows exchanges for incorrect sizes or if they don’t fit to your expectations within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in unworn condition and stock is available. To exchange or return, send the unworn thongs with a copy of the invoice. If exchanging specify the desired size/colour, and include a self-addressed paid parcel post or express post envelope. While they are happy to exchange or refund, all associated shipping costs (return and resend) are the responsibility of the purchaser.
