Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIMES 

All orders received before 1200 hours we aim to pack to dispatch the same day.

All orders received after 1200 hours we aim to pack to dispatch the following working day.

All orders received on weekends and public holidays we aim to pack the next business day.

Express post orders we aim to pack same day or next day Monday - Friday. No orders will be packed on the weekend or public holidays.  

All orders will be sent from Darwin via Australia Post Monday to Friday.

Orders sent parcel post please allow 4-10 working days to received once received by Australia Post.

Orders sent express post please allow 2-5 working days to received once received by Australia Post.

PLEASE NOTE: Where possible all orders will be fulfilled and sent earlier.
