• The trial period begins from the date the purchase is received and lasts for 30 calendar days.

2. How It Works

• Customers are encouraged to wear their Slappas for the 30 days of the trial period to experience their full comfort and support.
• Customers are encouraged to follow the instructions of how to mould into your new Slappa's Thongs which is sent with the order.
• Customers are encouraged to email Slappa's Thongs info@slappasthongs.com.au if they have any questions throughout the trial.
• If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Slappas, you may request a full product refund within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Refund Process

• To request a refund, you must notify us within the 30-day trial period by emailing our customer service team info@slappasthongs.com.au with your order details.
• No questions will be asked regarding the reason for your return.
• Once your return request is processed, we will provide instructions for the return of the product. The returned item must be in a reasonable condition considering normal wear and tear during the trial period.
• Upon receipt of the returned product, a full product refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Limitations

• This offer is only valid for Slappas purchased through our official website.
• The 30-day trial is limited to one return per customer per purchase. If multiple pairs are purchased, the return policy applies to all pairs, provided they meet the terms.
