To ensure you order the correct size measure a pair of your existing thongs, flip flops or sandals from the big toe to the middle of the back of the heel or to where the heel of your foot sits in the thongs – refer to illustration below. Compare your measurement to our Slappa’s Thongs size chart.
Note: Do not measure your foot itself as this will result in incorrect sizing. Slappa’s need to fit firm as they will give a little once moulded to your feet.
Slappa’s Thongs offer two shipping options; Parcel Post – $8.50 and Express Post – $11. All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Adelaide, Parcel Post 4-6 working days, Express Post 1-3 working days anywhere within Australia. We also offer free shipping (to Australian addresses only) for orders over $60. So why not get a pair for the whole family!

Exchange of Slappa’s as a result of ordering the incorrect size is possible (subject to stock availability) providing you make contact within 14 days of purchase and they are in unworn condition.
We are happy to exchange or refund your Slappa’s but the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs including both return and resend postage.

Our essentials thong range is slightly softer so you mould into them almost instantly, 2mm longer around the toes and slightly wider allowing us to fit even more people into Slappa’s. We have made sure these adjustments only affect the shape of the thongs, not the size, so you can continue to order the same size as before. Nonetheless, our originals thong range is still available if you prefer this style!

Love these thongs! I brought 2 pair of them, when I first got them they were a bit firm and tight in-between the toes and not that comfy but after wearing them a few days they started to mold to my feet, now they are very comfy my favorite shoes for on my feet 🙂

Hi Angelic, yes they will soften and loosen as you mould into them. Follow the instructions sent on how to mould into them, best way is to keep wearing in the shower and moving your feet in them. They are the same as your old pair we always have made our thongs slightly firmer knowing they will soften as you mould into them but won’t flatten out. I’m generally happy with the purchase, with a couple of caveats. They certainly give good general shaped support to your feet, with acceptable instep comfort. The compound is a little harder than I expected and could be slightly softer than it is. Finally, for that price, I’d like to see them manufactured right here in Australia.

Hi Dan, thanks for your review. Slappa’s do start firm as they will soften as you mould into them. For some people it can take a little longer than others. We make them a little firmer so when they soften they won’t flatten out and loose the support. Podiatrists also recommend a firmer material and best of all they will last you longer. The more you wear them the Better Slappa’s get as they mould to your foot shape. We also wish we could manufacture in Australia but currently no machines or manufacturers in Australia.
