Slappa’s thongs are a super comfy pair of thongs (flip flops) made out of EVA foam. Designed to stay on and mould to your feet they obtain your foot shape, have great arch support, are extremely light, very durable and will relax your tired feet. They’re great for:

  • your posture
  • heel spurs or other foot complications
  • tired or swollen feet
  • people who require orthotic footwear
  • fishing or boating
  • people who suffer from plantar fasciitis
  • pregnancy
  • people who suffer from morton’s neuroma

Find the

To ensure you order the correct size measure a pair of your existing thongs, flip flops or sandals from the big toe to the middle of the back of the heel or to where the heel of your foot sits in the thongs – refer to illustration below. Compare your measurement to our Slappa’s Thongs size chart.

Note: Do not measure your foot itself as this will result in incorrect sizing. Slappa’s need to fit firm as they will give a little once moulded to your feet.

Slappa’s Thongs offer two shipping options; Parcel Post – $8.50 and Express Post – $11. All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Adelaide, Parcel Post 4-6 working days, Express Post 1-3 working days anywhere within Australia. We also offer free shipping (to Australian addresses only) for orders over $60. So why not get a pair for the whole family!

International orders are available; shipping can be calculated once you have added your purchase to the cart. Click on ‘calculate shipping’ button and indicate your country, state or postcode.

PLEASE NOTE: We aim to ship orders the same day of ordering or the next working day.

Returns

Policy

Exchange of Slappa’s as a result of ordering the incorrect size is possible (subject to stock availability) providing you make contact within 14 days of purchase and they are in unworn condition.

We are happy to exchange or refund your Slappa’s but the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs including both return and resend postage.

    My husband is so pleased to get a new pair! We both wear Slappa’s thongs. He never cared for any of the thongs I bought in the past as they all broke on us and these ones are comfortable and can be used anywhere – even walking the dog once they have been broken in. I can confirm that these will soften and stretch very quickly when worn and then you won’t want to wear anything else for comfort/handy shoes.     I was replacing a pair of Aussie Soles Thongs which are no longer available. I found the Slappa’s to be a very hard in comparison. The Aussie Soles had some give and the strap was more comfortable. Perhaps they will last longer.
    I also wished I had gone up a size. I used the size guide and whilst I can fit into the one I chose I should have gone up one more size to allow for a bit of room. As I was required to pay the cost of return postage and provide a pre-paid envelope for the new pair I decided to just live with them.

      HI Matthew, thanks for your feedback. To answer some of your concerns, yes we do make Slappa’s firmer than other brands. The reason for this is we know they will soften and stretch as your mould into them, so when they soften they won’t flatten, loose their support and they will be stronger and more durable. So yes they will last longer.
      Best way to mould into your Slappa’s is to keep wearing them in the shower the hot water and moving your feet in them will quicken the moulding, soften and loosen.
      However if the size is too small it does make it more difficult to mould into. I will send you an email on with some further options so we can get your wearing your new Slappa’s.

      Thanks for your review. Your new Slappa’s Thongs are suppose to few a bit firm to start with as they will soften, loosen and stretch as you mould into Them? Have you tried any of our tips to quicken the moulding process? Keep wearing in the shower the hot water will help them soften. We make our thongs firm and a little tight to start with knowing they will soften. If you make them too soft to start with they would flatten out and not give the best support. It also gives them a better life span. Another tip is leave your Slappa’s next to your bed at night so they are the first things on your feet. Give it a go you will be surprised how quickly your feet will get use to them Thanks Denise

    Second pair of Slappas I have purchased. First pair I ordered in my usual size, but they’re a size too small. They are the original style and I find them very hard. I recently ordered a second pair, this time in the next size up and not original style. They are a right fit, but I find them tight around the top of foot and really hard compared with another Australian thong company. I love the look of them and that these are an Australian owned company, but this will be my last purchase unfortunately 😔
