To ensure you order the correct size measure a pair of your existing thongs, flip flops or sandals from the big toe to the middle of the back of the heel or to where the heel of your foot sits in the thongs – refer to illustration below. Compare your measurement to our Slappa’s Thongs size chart.
Note: Do not measure your foot itself as this will result in incorrect sizing. Slappa’s need to fit firm as they will give a little once moulded to your feet.

Slappa’s Thongs offer two shipping options; Parcel Post – $8.50 and Express Post – $11. All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Adelaide, Parcel Post 4-6 working days, Express Post 1-3 working days anywhere within Australia. We also offer free shipping (to Australian addresses only) for orders over $60. So why not get a pair for the whole family!
International orders are available; shipping can be calculated once you have added your purchase to the cart. Click on ‘calculate shipping’ button and indicate your country, state or postcode.

Exchange of Slappa’s as a result of ordering the incorrect size is possible (subject to stock availability) providing you make contact within 14 days of purchase and they are in unworn condition.
We are happy to exchange or refund your Slappa’s but the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs including both return and resend postage.

HI Tim, the more you wear your Slappa’s they will soften. We start them a little firm knowing they will soften but not flatten out. If you make them too soft they will flatten out and may not give the best possible support. I hope you give them a bit more time to mould into them and I’m sure they will be nice and soft and comfy. I’m online shopping for my 4th summer in Slappa’s thongs. They’ve been a game changer for me. Im a solo mum to a very active 7yo,
about 5 years ago the undiagnosed Morton’s neuroma & bursitis in my right foot finally took their toll on my lower back. Id leaned over slightly 1 day & felt an almost electric “snap” in my lower back,, I couldn’t move without excruciating pain,,,,

Our essentials thong range is slightly softer so you mould into them almost instantly, 2mm longer around the toes and slightly wider allowing us to fit even more people into Slappa’s.
