Shipping Policy

Slappa’s Thongs offer two shipping options; Parcel Post – $9.50 and Express Post – $15. All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Adelaide, Parcel Post 4-6 working days, Express Post 1-3 working days anywhere within Australia. We also offer free shipping (to Australian addresses only) for orders over $60. So why not get a pair for the whole family!

International orders are available; shipping can be calculated once you have added your purchase to the cart. Click on ‘calculate shipping’ button and indicate your country, state or postcode.

DELIVERY TIMES

Adelaide metropolitan orders received before 1200 hours we aim to pack to dispatch the same day.

Adelaide metropolitan orders received after 1200 hours we aim to pack to dispatch the following working day.

Interstate and Intrastate deliveries order is received before 1200 hours we aim to send via Australia Post on the working day following the day of receipt of order.

Interstate and Intrastate deliveries order is received after 1200 hours we aim send via Australia Post 2 working days following the day of receipt of order.

PLEASE NOTE: Where possible all orders will be fulfilled and sent earlier.

Exchange Policy

Exchange of Slappa’s as a result of ordering the incorrect size is possible (subject to stock availability) providing you make contact within 14 days of purchase and they are in unworn condition.

If you wish to exchange your clean, unworn Slappa’s Thongs for a different size or colour please send them to the address below with a copy of the invoice/packing slip advising the size/colour. You must also include a self-addressed paid parcel post or express post envelope so we can return them back to you.

Return Policy

We are happy to exchange or refund your Slappa’s but the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs [return and resend] are to be paid by you, the purchaser.

If you wish to return your clean, unworn Slappa’s Thongs please send them to the address below with a copy of the invoice/packing slip advising that you would like a refund back to the account purchased from.
